Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

In the Langhe wine district, Barolo Ginestra Casa Matè DOCG is produced at the Elio Grasso winery. The family-run company bases its philosophy on the union between territory, tradition and culture, giving life to labels whose prestige is recognized all over the world. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines, favored by the medium-textured soil between calcareous and clayey and by the temperate and cold climate. The vinification begins with the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then we proceed with the maturation for about 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels according to the classic style. After bottling, it continues to refine in the bottle for 10 months before being sold. Barolo Ginestra Casa Matè DOCG is an intense and robust red wine, ready-made, but which can evolve in the cellar for up to 20 years, thanks to its longevity.
