Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Podere Brizio , an elegant red wine, produced by Dievole , is a label that represents this renowned denomination in an excellent way. The Sangiovese grapes destined for single-variety vinification are grown near Montalcino, where the land boasts a significant percentage of rocky marl. Here the vines enjoy favorable conditions for producing grapes that reach the perfect degree of ripeness. At the end of a meticulous work in the vineyard, the bunches are collected and transported to the cellar. For two weeks the grapes ferment spontaneously. Then the wine is poured into large oak barrels where it rests for three years and two months. Following bottling, a further six-month refinement in glass is foreseen. Excellent to be enjoyed immediately, Podere Brizio Brunello di Montalcino DOCG can still give unprecedented sensations even after a period of five years in the cellar.
