- It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Monica di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin is a very interesting autochthonous vine (and wine), forgotten for decades. Argiolas enhances this wine with maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for about 10-12 days and malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement wine vessels for 10-15 days. Then an aging (or passage) in barriques for 12 months.
The result is a structured, intense, harmonious and velvety wine with very sweet tannins, red fruit and spices in perfect balance, a very long and pleasant finish. Excellent.
