Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The California Merlot Founders Estate red wine from the historic Beringer winery is obtained using exclusively delicious and particular Merlot grapes. The vineyards are located in the Californian Napa Valley, on soils rich in clay and characterized by a climate very similar to the Mediterranean one, circumstances that favor optimal development of the vines. This winery represents one of the best American wineries, as evidenced by the various national and international awards it has received. To produce this wine we start with the harvest, done by hand in order to select only the best bunches. After a soft pressing, we move on to fermentation followed by maturation in wooden barrels, before proceeding with refinement directly in the bottle. The result is a very fascinating red wine, very elegant, easy to drink, with a pleasant structure, balanced, with a fresh and spicy finish; the fruity notes, typical of merlot, emerge with elegance, softened by the aging in wood which gives nuances of vanilla, slightly smoky and toasted hints. It is a wine that can rest in the cellar for a few years, improving.
