Chardonnay 'CHY 890' Masseria Frattasi 75 Cl

The Chardonnay CHY 890 wine is an excellent product offered by the historic Campania winery Masseria Frattasi, a productive pearl of the Benevento area which has the merit of producing terroir wines of remarkable quality. This label comes from the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes, the fruit of vines planted in the mountains at a height between 720 meters and 890 meters above sea level, in a calcareous soil rich in volcanic dust. A valuable white that originates from a harvest carried out exclusively by hand in the third ten days of August. After harvesting, the bunches are transported to the cellar, where they undergo a cold maceration process. Subsequently, they are softly pressed. Therefore, this phase is followed by the fermentation process. Finally, the CHY 890 Chardonnay wine first ages for 5 months in French oak barriques, then in glass. The finished product is a fruity and versatile label that is characterized by its intriguing sapidity and interesting minerality, for a well-balanced white that does not disappoint.
