Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Collection 242 Champagne Brut is made by the French maison Louis Roederer , which authentically interprets the territory, based near Reims. This label is the result of a blend that includes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, present in balanced quantities, to which is added a percentage of just over 20% of Pinot Meunier grapes. Among the rows, the meticulous work favors the preservation of the delicate ecosystem until the time of harvest, which involves careful manual selection. Only the healthiest and ripest bunches arrive in the cellar. Here the alcoholic fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control. Consistent with the provisions of the Champenoise Method, the wine rests on the lees for about 4 years. Upon disgorgement, a small quantity of liquer d'expédition is added. Collection 242 Champagne Brut is excellent to be enjoyed immediately, as well as following a further evolution of 3-4 years.
