'Entemari' Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Pala 2019

Entemari Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a fragrant white wine from the Sardinian winery Pala . This label is the result of a blend that includes various white berried varieties, including Vermentino, Malvasia and Chardonnay. The plots of reference are located about 180 meters above sea level near the towns of Ussana and Serdiana. The vines sink their roots on the calcareous substrates rich in skeleton and clay, drawing the necessary nourishment until the harvest by hand. Only the best bunches reach the cellar for vinification. Here the grapes undergo gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation with maceration. In the same tanks the wine is left to age for about a year, to then further seal its scents in glass 2 months after bottling. Entemari Isola dei Nuraghi IGT can be appreciated immediately, or after 2 or 3 years of careful storage in the cellar.
