Granazza Barbagia IGT Sedilesu 2020

Granazza Barbagia IGT is a wine that comes from the Sedilesu di Marmolada cellar. It is one of the most renowned companies in Sardinia, a true point of reference for the whole territory. The grapes come from the Barbagia vines, grown as saplings on land at 650 meters above sea level, rich in skeleton and favored by the typical breezy climate of the island. All the working phases are carried out in organic farming, avoiding to a minimum any human intervention. After the manual harvest, which takes place at the end of September, the best selected bunches undergo spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. The refinement is always carried out in cement tanks, for a period of 10 months, at the end of which, it is bottled and put on the market. Granazza Barbagia IGT is an intense and enveloping wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest for about 4 years in the cellar before tasting.
