Kerner Alto Adige DOC Koefererhof 2022

Kerner Alto Adige DOC is a white wine with intense aromas, produced by the Koefererhof winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Kerner grapes, grown at about 800 meters above sea level. The plots rise on a substrate of morainic origin, largely composed of granite and slate. These elements give the grapes a remarkable elegance. When the grapes are ripe, the manual harvest allows only the best bunches to be identified. Once in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and then delicately pressed. Fermentation follows, which takes place in steel tanks and involves careful temperature control. Even the aging phase takes place in stainless steel vats, where the wine remains for about eight months before bottling. Kerner Alto Adige DOC can be tasted with great satisfaction immediately, as well as after a couple of years of rest in the cellar.
