'Pinot Noir' Alto Adige DOC Terlano 2022

Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC is an intense and fragrant red wine made by the Terlano winery, a production reality in the homonymous locality that fully exploits the peculiarities of the territory. This wine is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes only, a vine that finds the ideal conditions for acquiring precious and refined sensory notes on the hillsides cultivated by the company, at about 500 meters above sea level. The harvest involves a careful selection of the grapes, which takes place strictly by hand, and proceeds with the delicate destemming of the selected berries. Fermentation includes a slight movement of the must inside large stainless steel tanks, aimed at favoring the natural process. Then follows a malolactic fermentation and an aging in large wooden barrels, which can last from seven to ten months. Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC is perfect to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled to make a dinner with friends special thanks to its elegance, finesse and balance.
