Pinot Noir Rosé Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Franz Haas 2022

The Pinot Nero Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a rosé wine from the Franz Haas winery, an entrepreneurial reality committed to the constant enhancement of the South Tyrolean terroir. To produce this label, Pinot Noir grapes are vinified alone, a variety with unmistakable aromas and colors also in the rosé version. The vines rise about 700 meters above sea level: here they enjoy perfect sun exposure, as well as fertile soils rich in mineral elements. At the conclusion of a work carried out accurately among the rows, the harvest allows us to select the best grapes. To extract the colour, the grapes macerate briefly on the skins and ferment in oak barrels. The refinement lasts six months and takes place in steel tanks. Excellent immediately, Pinot Nero Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT has the characteristics to evolve for a maximum of two or three years, if scrupulously kept in the cellar.
