Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC Tramin 2022

The Pinot Noir red wine from the Tramin winery is obtained using exclusively the delicious Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards are located on hills in the areas of Egna, Mazon and Montagna, in the heart of Alto Adige, at an altitude between 300 and 450 meters, on calcareous and clayey soils. This characteristic, together with the continuous exposure of the vines to the sun, ensures the production of excellent grapes. The cellar boasts a very long tradition, combining experience and innovation, to obtain absolutely unique wines. The Pinot Noir production process involves a harvest that begins in late autumn when the bunches are ripe and then moves on to fermentation at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, it is aged in French oak barriques and to a limited extent in steel tanks. The result is a still and full-bodied red wine, fresh and fragrant, with good persistence and light aromatic and spicy veins. Bottle to uncork on any occasion
