Description
The Domini Veneti line of wines was created with the aim of enhancing those typical vineyards of the Valpolicella area known as Pruviniana. Vineyards of unique quality that give life to the di Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Pruviniano Domini Veneti Collection , a superior wine that brings a century-old tradition to Italian tables. The grapes are harvested at the end of September to keep the calcareous scent of the soil strong. The Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Pruviniano Domini Veneti Collection is left to macerate for ten days and then proceeds to fermentation. Maturation takes place initially in steel barrels and then in the bottle for at least one year. The result is a wine with a simply perfect balance. On the palate, the taste is intense and vibrant, the structure of the wine makes it perfect for lovers of full-bodied and strong wines.
