It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

This full-bodied wine with a strong alcohol content is produced from old vineyards, which is aged for a few months in wood and then left to mature in the bottle. Wine of a very intense red color, with light orange hues, it takes on ethereal and vinous aromas and a dry taste where the woody note is well harmonized with the characteristic body of Barbera. Recommended temperature 18-20°C. Wine of great structure and longevity.
