It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barolo DOCG is a wine produced at the Mario Marengo winery in La Morra. The company has stood out for years for its great respect for the territory, producing bottles with an authentic and prestigious character, recognized and appreciated all over the world. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines located on the hills, typical of this calcareous, clayey and sandy area and favored by the temperate climate of the Langhe. After the careful manual harvest, only the best bunches are sent for fermentation in steel containers, with maceration on the skins for a period of 10 days. Subsequently, we proceed with the refinement which takes place in barriques and lasts 24 months. The long rest in wood allows the wine to acquire greater expression and aroma. Barolo DOCG is a delicate and balanced wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for many years before being tasted.
