'Confini' Bianco Isonzo DOC Lis Neris 2018

Confini is a white wine produced by the Friulian winery Lis Neris. As you can guess from the name, this is a white wine that loves to cross both taste and territorial boundaries, particularly thanks to the grapes that make up its blend: Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Grigio. The three grape varieties, so different from each other, manage to perfectly synthesize the mix of Mediterranean scents and Nordic memories, which make the Confini di Lis Neris one of the best white wines in Italy. Among the vines, the foundations of the structure of this white wine are mainly Pinot Grigio which gives the characteristics of softness and warmth. Instead Gewürztraminer is fundamental in giving the wine its aromatic characteristics, which can be found in particular to the sense of smell. Finally, Riesling is decisive for achieving a perfect balance between residual sugar and acidity, an element that allows to obtain a product that is complex and harmonious at the same time and above all to enhance the dishes with which it is paired.
