'Feudo di Mezzo' Etna Rosso DOC Graci 2018

The Etna Rosso 'Feudo di Mezzo' red wine from the Graci winery is obtained with the prevalent use of Nerello Mascalese grapes to which Nerello Cappuccio grapes are added in a minimum percentage. This company has been following a philosophy dedicated to the production of authentic wines for years, enhancing the products of the territory. The vines are grown on the northern slope of Etna at an altitude between 800 and 1000 metres. The volcanic soils and the excellent climatic conditions make it possible to obtain delicious grapes. The entire production cycle is followed with care and meticulousness right from the harvest which takes place exclusively by hand. The bunches are then put into fermentation and then subjected to a long maturation in cement tanks to then refine directly in the bottle. The result is a red wine of excellent quality, with an intense color and a robust structure. It is characterized by a delicate balance between body and freshness and with a pleasant aromatic aftertaste of flowers, fruit and mineral hints.
