It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Sauvignon Kinesis Alto Adige DOC is a white wine produced by the Baron di Pauli winery, a historic reality in the South Tyrolean area. In the vicinity of Lake Caldaro, precisely in the Maso Hofl Unterm Stein, the company cultivates the Sauvignon grapes destined to be vinified alone to produce this wine. At five hundred meters above sea level on soils with a good percentage of clay and limestone, the vines can grow optimally. Following the harvest, which takes place in a traditional and accurate way, the grapes are transported to the cellar. Here begins a first maceration on the skins, which lasts just twelve hours, and is followed by an alcoholic fermentation in steel containers. The aging on the lees of the Sauvignon Kinesis Alto Adige DOC wine lasts for about five months, always inside steel barrels. The result is a complex white wine rich in nuances, understood, clear-cut and elegant which can evolve for three or four years in the cellar, improving its characteristics.
