Moscato Rosa, a label signed by the Letrari winery, represents a true oenological rarity. This sweet wine, full of sensual aromas, is obtained from the vinification of only Moscato Rosa grapes, an uncommon variety of Moscato, grown in the vineyards owned by the company in Nogareto (TN). This product of the highest quality tells the particularity of the vine which, thanks to the skilful work of the Letrari team, keeps its characteristics intact, including the typical hint of rose. It is the result of a dedication that already begins with the work in the vineyard, where it is ensured that the grapes reach a long maturation directly on the plant in such a way as to arrive at the perfect structure. After a traditional vinification and a long aging, the Moscato Rosa will amaze the diners in an unprecedented end to a meal. By virtue of its important structure, this sweet wine can be kept in the cellar for more than ten years, during which it will fully develop its complex aromas.
