Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Les 7 Extra Brut is produced in the Laherte Frères cellar, a small family business in the Champagne region, in France. The cellar has ancient origins, in fact since 1889 it has been handed down from generation to generation with the aim of producing high quality bottles. The wine is an assembly of 7 different grapes, see the name: Fromentau, Arbanne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Petit Meslier, grown on clayey and calcareous soil. After soft pressing, the best musts are selected to be subjected to fermentation which takes place in barriques. Subsequently, it rests on the fine lees for 6 months, while the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, of course. We then have a precious stop on the lees for at least 24 months. Champagne Les 7 Extra Brut is an elegant and complex wine that is suitable for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for another 3 or 4 years, thanks to its longevity.
