Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Nekaj Venezia Giulia IGT is a white wine with a marked minerality, made by the Gorizia wine producer Damijan Podversic . It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the native Friulian vine, grown on the Karst hills. The agronomic practices between the rows comply with the rigorous biological standards and limit human intervention to the bare minimum. The bunches are harvested by hand, slightly overripe to take advantage of the higher concentration of sugars. Once in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in contact with the skins for about two months in oak vats. The refinement involves a long passage in large wooden barrels, where the wine remains for two years before a further rest of 6 months in the bottle. Perfect from the start, Nekaj Venezia Giulia IGT is an unfiltered white that can hold great surprises for those who manage to wait up to 3-4 years.
