Riesling Alto Adige DOC Koefererhof 2020

Riesling Alto Adige DOC is a fragrant and mineral white wine produced by the Koefererhof winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Riesling grapes, a variety that reaches excellent quality levels in the denomination. The plots are located near Novacella, a place linked to viticulture for many centuries, thanks to the favorable conditions due to the strong temperature variations between day and night. The harvest is slightly delayed to allow the grapes to acquire greater complexity. The bunches are carefully selected by hand for transport to the cellar. Here the grapes are destemmed and then left to ferment in large thermo-conditioned steel tanks. In the same containers the wine ages for about six months in contact with the fine lees before being bottled. Perfect right from the start, Riesling Alto Adige DOC can reserve pleasant surprises even after a couple of years of further evolution.
