'Saten' Franciacorta Brut Bellavista 2017 with box

The Franciacorta Brut Saten DOCG from the Bellavista winery has become over time one of the excellences of the Italian sparkling wine scene. The winery, originally from Erbusco and born at the behest of the enlightened entrepreneur Vittorio Moretti, has always done its utmost to seek perfection in every detail. The results could only be excellent. The Chardonnay grapes, which make up this renowned sparkling wine entirely, are carefully selected in two stages, first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The sparkling wine is produced with the Classic method, i.e. with refermentation in the bottle and the addition of selected yeasts. Small oak barrels are used for the refinement. The result is a mix of captivating aromas and flavours, floral fragrances, such as peach and elderberry, with hints of dried fruit and bread crust.
