Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Brut Riserva sparkling wine from the Pfitscher winery is one of the products that best expresses the winery's territory of origin. In fact, the vineyards are located at a height of about 600 meters above sea level, in the Gleno area, precisely near the Montagna village. The particular structure of the land and the favorable climate allow for optimal ripening of the grapes. To produce this sparkling wine, Pinot Noir grapes are used exclusively. The production technique of the Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Brut Riserva sparkling wine begins with a strictly hand-operated harvest, followed by a soft pressing of the bunches. The free-run juice is then separated, to then carry out the fermentation at a controlled temperature and the aging in barrique. The second fermentation takes place according to the dictates of the Classic Method, before bottling. The result is a balanced, elegant and refined sparkling wine, perfect for drinking on any occasion.
