Spumante Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé Riserva Girolamo Bosio is produced by the Bosio winery. The label is the result of a blend that includes Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%), two international vines particularly suitable for sparkling wine. The two varieties are grown on the estate's best crus. The hilly lands of moraine origin and the climate made mild by the proximity of Lake Iseo help to create an ideal environment for the development of the vines up to the harvest with selection of the bunches. In the cellar, the grapes are delicately pressed and then placed to ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks. According to the provisions of the Classic Method, the subsequent refermentation in the bottle allows the wine to age on its lees for at least 5 years. Dosage syrup is not added during disgorgement. Spumante Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé Riserva Girolamo Bosio can pleasantly surprise even after 4-5 years.
