'Tellus Syrah Rosato' Lazio IGP Falesco Fam. Cotarella 2021

Tellus Syrah Rosato Lazio PGI from the Falasco Famiglia Cotarella winery is a fresh and delicate rosé that conquers at first sip and also at first sight, thanks to its cheerful and modern bottle. The Falesco winery began its activity with a small family-run vineyard and then extended over 260 hectares on which it grows native and international grapes such as Syrah. The Syrah vineyards are located in Upper Lazio, in the area that goes from Montefiascone to Lake Bolsena, on volcanic-sedimentary soils, about 300 meters above sea level. After the harvest, the best bunches are cold macerated for less than 2 hours and the fermentation lasts 2 weeks in steel containers. The refinement is carried out for a few months in steel and the Tellus Syrah Rosato Lazio PGI is immediately perfect to drink. This wine cannot fail to conquer lovers of rosé, thanks to its delicate and light sip, perfect especially during the summer season.
