Description
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC Le Terre dell'Abate is a fragrant white wine made by Cantina Zaccagnini , a family-run production company dedicated to enhancing the area. This wine is obtained exclusively from the vinification of Trebbiano grapes, a vine that expresses itself elegantly on the hills of Abruzzo. After careful work between the rows, the grapes are carefully selected and harvested once they have reached the perfect degree of ripeness. When they arrive in the cellar, they are subjected to a soft pressing. After cold decantation, fermentation begins in large steel vats strictly at a controlled temperature. Subsequent refinement always takes place in steel tanks, where the wine rests for a period not exceeding five months. This is why Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC Le Terre dell'Abate is an excellent white wine to drink as soon as it is bottled, so as to fully savor its freshness and varietal notes.
