Venus Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is produced by the Agrapart winery, which interprets the suitable territory of Avize in an excellent way. The bunches of Chardonnay, destined to be vinified alone, are cultivated with care. The plots are divided into different parcels, where the work between the rows follows the best dictates of tradition. Once the careful manual selection has been completed during the harvest, the grapes are immediately transported to the cellar. Here the alcoholic fermentation involves the use of oak vats. The subsequent refinement involves the refermentation in the bottle typical of the Champenoise method. The wine rests on the lees for at least 5 years and after disgorgement there is no addition of liqueur d'expédition.
