W... Dreams... Chardonnay Venezia Giulia IGT is a white wine produced by the Jermann winery, dedicated to enhancing the enormous potential of the Collio. This label, whose original name pays homage to a famous U2 song, is obtained from the vinification of only Chardonnay grapes. The international vine finds in the vineyards located in Villanova di Farra a perfect environment to express itself with great finesse by virtue of the mineral composition of the substrate. The meticulous work between the rows culminates in the harvest with manual selection of the bunches. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing and then left to ferment inside wooden vats. For ageing, the company favors the use of fine temperature-controlled oak barriques, where the wine remains just under a year before bottling. Perfect right away, W... Dreams...
