It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
From the rolling hills of the Langhe, historic homeland of Barolo and Barbaresco, the Cantina Ceretto offers a classy red wine: the Barolo Ceretto DOCG . The family-run Ceretto winery brings decades of experience and a completely organic production cycle to its products. The vineyards are located on soils of sand, clay and silt with an altitude ranging from 300 to 400 meters and enjoy perfect sun exposure. Also thanks to these factors, the wines of the cellar have received numerous awards and recognitions. Barolo Ceretto DOCG is produced entirely from Nebbiolo grapes, as per regulation: after vinification in steel tanks it is left to mature for three years in oak barrels to finish the refinement in the bottle. This wine reaches its best gustatory yield around five years of life, but it also easily tolerates long aging. Barolo Ceretto DOCG is an austere red that reaches sublime peaks of velvet and unparalleled softness over the years.
