Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Bussia Barolo DOCG is a wine born in the Costa di Bussia cellar in Monforte d'Alba. The company is one of the most prestigious in the Langhe area and produces labels appreciated all over the world. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines, grown on medium-textured soils exposed to the South/West, rich in clay and sand. The particularity of the plants is given by the alternation between lean areas and more fertile areas, a factor that guarantees a diversified maturation such as to ensure higher quality of the product. After the manual harvest, we proceed with the fermentation which takes place in steel tanks and subsequently with the refinement of 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. The final phase consists in bottling and placing on the market. Bussia Barolo DOCG is an intense and persistent wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest for a long time in the cellar before being tasted.
