The French white Belleruche Blanc is produced from the vineyards owned by the Michel Chapoutier winery located within the Cotes du Rhone appellation. It comes from a skilful blend made between different vines, among which we find Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc. The vines of these varieties grow within a clayey and calcareous terroir and biodynamic agriculture practices are followed between the rows. Both the vinification and the refinement phase take place in steel, which lasts 5 months, at the end of which we proceed with the bottling and marketing phase. The "Belleruche" Blanc is a wine that announces itself to the eye with a bright and brilliant golden yellow colour. The range of perfumes that spreads to the nose is clearly evident. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a refreshing sip that makes it easier to drink; ends with a finish characterized by a slight aftertaste that recalls the taste of anise. A white signed by Michel Chapoutier that is well suited both at aperitif time and throughout the meal, in combination with appetizers and fish first courses.
