Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne AOC Brut Millesime , produced by the French Maison Henriot , is the result of a more than 100-year history. A history marked by the search for elegance, freshness and luminosity in its sparkling wines. Founded in Reims by Apolline Henriot in 1808, today, after eight generations, the winery is still family-run and is one of the longest-lived and most renowned across the Alps. The grapes that make up this Champagne, half Chardonnay and half Pinot noir, grow on soils rich in elements. We find all the liveliness and intriguing minerality, from the first sip. The sparkling process takes place with the classic method, which is followed by aging on the lees for over 60 months. A wine with an intense and lively color and a fine perlage, the Champagne AOC Brut Millesime Henriot has citrus and hazelnut notes on the nose, with bread and pastry tones. This is a high quality wine that guarantees interesting evolutions, if correctly stored.
