Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Castel Campan Alto Adige DOC Bio is one of the most interesting wines offered by the Manincor company. The vineyards where the label comes to life are developed in the territory of Caldaro, in the province of Bolzano. The mild climatic conditions, combined with numerous quantities of calcareous deposits, allow the formation of particularly qualitative bunches. As specified by the denomination, it is an organic wine, composed of 70% Merlot grapes and 30% Cabernet Franc. The harvest takes place in two phases and foresees the collection of the Merlot at the beginning of October, followed by those of the Cabernet Franc at the end of the month. Both grapes are processed separately, to then be assembled at the time of fermentation. The aging lasts for at least 6 months in oak barriques with half of the wood being new. Castel Campan Alto Adige DOC Bio is a red wine of excellent structure and persistent. Excellent for a sensory experience that lasts over time, especially if consumed after aging for a couple of years.
