Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Brut Millésimé , made by the renowned French maison Taittinger , represents one of the best enological expressions of the Reims area. It is obtained from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, the two varieties par excellence of the appellation. The grapes used to produce this champagne come largely from plots classified as Grand Cru, while 30% come from Premier Cru. After the harvest with careful selection of the best bunches, the grapes arrive in the cellar. Here they are subjected to a traditional vinification that begins with spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. Then follows the refermentation in the bottle envisaged by the Champenoise Method, a phase that allows the wine to refine for 5 years on its lees. The process culminates with the disgorgement and the addition of a small percentage of dosing syrup. Perfect immediately, Champagne Brut Millésimé can reserve pleasant satisfactions even after 5-6 years of storage in the cellar.
