It is a rich and complex Brut, the result of a skilful blending where culture, technique and savoir faire dominate the scene without any concession to improvisation. The production area is among the most famous: the Grand Cru village of Mailly is located a short distance from Reims and Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne region. The complexity and absolute particularity of Champagne Mailly Grand Cru Brut Réserve has its roots in the cult of the "beau raisin" (the beautiful grape) that animates the skilled hands of French vignerons. The parcels, cultivated following the rhythms of nature, produce a fine Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay. The skilled hands of the "chef de cave" create an absolutely unique blend: 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay deriving from 10 different vintages, already aged in wood. The resulting cuvée, rich and well structured, ferments in the bottle (obviously) according to the dictates of the Champenoise Method and ages for another 24 months on the lees in the bottle.
