Recommended glass

Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Champagne Brut Rosè Grand Cru of the Mailly winery is obtained using 90% fine Pinot Noir grapes and Chardonnay grapes for the residual part. The humidity and the optimal temperature of the region ensure that the vines grow almost perfectly. The activity of this winery has a long tradition and is always aimed at enhancing the territory. The production of Champagne Brut Rosé Grand Cru begins with the harvest by hand and with a careful selection of the bunches. After a light pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks and then proceeds to the blending of the grapes. We then proceed to maturation on the lees and disgorgement, with the addition of liqueur d'expedition to obtain the desired sugar level, in this case the Brut. Refined and elegant champagne, with a fine and silky perlage, with a good structure and the right balance, it lends itself to being uncorked on any occasion.
