Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne AOC Le Rosé Label Brut is produced by the historic Lanson winery. It is the result of a blend that includes the three typical grape varieties of the denomination, namely Pinot Noir (53%), Chardonnay (32%) and Pinot Meunier (15%). The varieties are cultivated in a wise way up to the moment of the harvest, with manual sorting. The grapes are left to ferment according to traditional methods, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the colour. Reserve wines from different vintages are then added to the cuvée to obtain a more complex sensory profile. In line with the Champenoise Method, the wine ages on the lees during refermentation in the bottle, which in this case lasts for three years. After disgorgement, a small percentage of "dosage liquid" is added. Champagne AOC Le Rosé Label Brut can be appreciated with pleasure right away, as well as after a further evolution of a few years in the cellar.
