Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Costebianche Chardonnay is an intense and fragrant white wine from the Coppo winery, a prestigious Piedmontese company based in Canelli. It is obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, an international variety which finds the ideal conditions to give excellent results on the clayey and calcareous marls of the company's vineyards. Human interventions between the rows are limited to more sustainable practices, which preserve the local ecosystem. The work carried out in the vineyard is meticulous and culminates with a particularly accurate harvest, which involves the manual selection of the best bunches. Once in the cellar, the grapes undergo a delicate pressing phase. A part corresponding to 20% of the must is then left to ferment and refine in contact with the fine lees in large French oak barrels during the second and third passage. Costebianche Chardonnay is perfect to be tasted immediately, but it can give pleasant surprises even after resting in the cellar for a couple of years.
