The Dut Un Vie wine from the famous Friulian Romans winery is a white wine produced from Chardonnay and Sauvignon vines in the Isonzo area. Following the harvesting of the grapes, it is aged in barriques for about 9 months, after which it is aged in the bottle for 19/20 months. The end result is a white of great complexity, a wine of character, fruit of the rigor and passion lavished by the winery that produces it. Dut Un Vie is excellent to drink immediately, but it can also evolve well when it is left to rest in the cellar for two or three years. This label has obtained national and international recognition of thickness. Among these are the 4 glasses of the Bibenda guide, the 2 glasses of Gambero Rosso and the attribution of ?Grande Vino? by the Slowine guide. All important certificates which also represent the result of the application of grape processing and ripening techniques developed by Gianfranco Gallo, who has been at the helm of the Friulian winery since 1978. Precisely thanks to this experience, this white is presented as a product of great style in the Italian wine scene.
