'Garrisa' Susumaniello Salento IGT Masseria Li Veli 2021

Garrisa Susumaniello Garrisa IGT is a wine that comes from the Masseria Li Veli cellar in Cellino San Marco. The family-run company is one of the oldest and most prestigious realities on the Apulian wine scene. The grapes come from the Susumaniello vineyards, cultivated on clayey, calcareous and sandy soils with the spurred cordon training system and whose maximum expression is favored by the typical mild climate of the area. The great respect for nature and the territory are the basis of each phase of the processing which is distinguished by the manual skill and care for all the plantations. After the harvest, which takes place in September, we proceed with the malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequently, it is aged in French oak barriques for 6 months. Garrisa Susumaniello Garrisa IGT is a soft and structured wine perfect for immediate drinking, but can be kept in the cellar for 1 or 2 years.
