Description
The Barolo DOCG La Tartufaia red wine from the Serradenari & Giulia Negri winery is obtained using exclusively delicious Nebbiolo grapes. The latter come from two different vineyards, one of which matures early and is rich in mineral salts while the other is characterized by a delayed maturation and a marked minerality. The activity of this winery established itself in just a few years thanks to the passion for working in the vineyard and for the use of modern technologies which, combined with artisan know-how, make it possible to obtain wines of exceptional quality. For the production of the Barolo DOCG La Tartufaia wine, every phase is treated in detail. Fermentation takes place directly on the skins in truncated conical vats and then moves on to a long phase of maturation which is carried out in tonneaux and oak barrels, before proceeding with the final refinement directly in glass. The result is a perfectly balanced wine, with a remarkable body and structure, to be consumed preferably during a formal dinner.
