Poli Jacopo 'Elixir Prugna' liqueur 70 cl

Elisir Prugna is a sweet liqueur produced by the Poli Jacopo distillery, an established company in the Veneto region, more precisely in Schiavon, where it boasts experience in the distillation business since 1898. The basic material of this characteristic liqueur is given by the fruit of the plant Prunus Domestica, the so-called plum. The Elisir Prugna liqueur is obtained through the infusion of pure prune juice in alcohol. For the distillation process, the Poli Jacopo distillery makes use of the skilful use of small copper boilers, ancient instruments that allow this ancient and traditional method of the past to take place.
