Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Garda Classico Superiore Rosso DOC Madér is a label signed by the Podere Selva Capuzza winery, with which the company wants to pay homage to its roots and its territory. The choice of the dialectal term madér, which in Lombard indicates the branch of the vineyard, offers an ideal tribute to the raw material. Obtained from a skilful blend of Groppello (30%), Barbera (30%), Marzemino (30%) and Sangiovese (10%), this red wine is particularly balanced in all its components. The grapes of the different vines, after being carefully harvested, are left to macerate inside steel containers for about ten days. A phase of refinement in barrique follows for a period of time that is between twelve and eighteen months. The result is a structured red wine, ideal to be enjoyed after two years of rest in the cellar in order to savor all its evolution. The Garda Classico Superiore Rosso DOC Madér is perfect for a convivial dinner based on elaborate dishes.
