'Paesi Tuoi' Barolo DOCG Vite Colte 2017

The Countries Tuoi Barolo DOCG is a wine that is produced in the Vite Colte di Barolo cellar. The company was founded in the 80s with the aim of giving greater prominence to the wine production of the Langhe and represents one of the best realities in the area. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines which reach their maximum expression thanks to the continental climate and the characteristics of the soil rich in limestone and sand. After the manual harvest we proceed with the fermentation lasting about 20 days, a procedure that allows the wine to be enriched with what it needs for refinement. It is then placed in large oak barrels for 2 years. The final phase involves a long rest in the bottle in order to reach the ideal balance before being put on the market. The Countries Tuoi Barolo DOCG is an intense and complex wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for about 8 years if stored correctly.
