It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Perarmando Barolo DOCG is a wine that is produced at the Parusso winery in Monforte d'Alba. It is a very ancient company that manages to skilfully combine the taste of traditions with that of the most modern techniques. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines, grown 100% on lands exposed to the South/East at about 450 meters above sea level, rich in limestone, sandstone, sand and clay. The harvest takes place manually and after a careful selection of the bunches we proceed with the soft pressing and maceration in contact with the skins. It continues with the alcoholic fermentation on indigenous yeasts and without the use of sulphites. The refinement takes place in small oak barrels and lasts 18 months. Before being put on the market, the wine needs a further rest in the bottle. Perarmando Barolo DOCG is an intense and full-bodied wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also evolve in the cellar for over 10 years.
