Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Millesimato Deseo 2023

Prosecco Treviso DOC Spumante Extra Dry is one of Deseo's award-winning sparkling wines. The Deseo winery is based in Ponte di Piave, in the province of Treviso; its extension is over two thousand hectares of land, on which Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Glera vines are grown. 100% Glera is precisely the Prosecco Treviso DOC Spumante Extra Dry: the always soft soil, thanks to the influence of the Piave, and the temperate climate constitute the ideal habitat for the growth of prosecco glera, cultivated by a team of expert oenologists. The grapes are harvested manually at medium maturity, after which the best bunches are selected for vinification; this phase is carried out in white, with a light pressing. The wine is subsequently transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it spends about fifteen days for fermentation. Once the sparkling process has been completed, the Prosecco Treviso DOC Spumante Extra Dry is ready to be bottled and enjoyed.
