Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Valtellina Superiore DOCG Sassella Riserva is an important wine with commendable longevity, produced by the historic Valtellinese winery Aldo Rainoldi, a great standard-bearer of the winemaking culture of the area. All the products offered by this productive reality, in fact, have a strong link with the territory and are a high expression of the local winemaking tradition. This prestigious terroir wine is the result of the vinification of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, the fruit of vineyards cultivated in steep and steep terrain, rich in iron rock, located in the Sondrio and Castione Andevenno countryside. The Valtellina Superiore DOCG Sassella Riserva comes from grapes harvested by hand in the first ten days of October. After harvesting, the bunches are transported to the cellar, where they undergo a fermentation process with maceration. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 years in French oak barrels, then it is bottled. Before being marketed, it is aged for 1 more year in glass. The final result is an ethereal, fresh and mineral red. A great wine, with a harmonious sip and a long-lasting finish.
