The use of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown on the slopes of Franciacorta with unique characteristics because they face east, make it possible to obtain a wine with a fine persistent perlage, particularly velvety on the palate. These characteristics are enhanced by the vinification in small white oak barrels which enhance the softness of the wine which will finish its cure with 5 years of bottle aging directly in the cellar, giving it a persistent and full-bodied foam that goes well with the golden color of this wonderful sparkling wine.
