Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Franciacorta Millesimato Rosè DOCG is a wine that is born at the Bosio cellar in Corte Franca. The company stands out for the perfect combination of tradition and innovation and environmental sustainability. The grapes come from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, grown on soils rich in sand and silt and poor in clay. After the manual harvest, the best bunches are subjected to soft and delicate destemming and after about 36 hours in contact with the skins, pressing is carried out to obtain the must. Subsequently the fermentation takes place in steel tanks, here the sparkling base matures for a period of 7 months. Before bottling and being put on the market, the wine needs to mature for 30 months on the lees. Franciacorta Millesimato Rosè DOCG is an elegant and persistent wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for a long time if stored correctly.
